Double Click options for Nearby List - Zoom/IM/TP To/Open Profile

Re-add the options to use Double Click to Zoom/IM/TP To or Open profile in the Nearby radar list

How would you like the feature to work?

Be able to toggle between double click options like in the previous Alchemy.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

Being able to double click to zoom around a sim that you admin at makes it easily to look around and check on everyone.
