Chat Colors don't include Friends

Summary

Allow the highlighting of friend's chats as a unique color

Another box added to the Chat->Colors preference window to allow Friend chat text to be rendered as a different color

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

It's useful in especially busy sims so your friend's chat doesn't get lost in a busy room.
