Fullscreen/Borderless Fullscreen

Summary

Having an non-debug/improved version for fullscreen/borderless options

Why is this improvement important to you? How would it benefit the community?

I'm an amateur photographer at best, but currently with the windowed state i cannot get the exactly "100%" of my screen to use in photography. Borderless fullscreen in a previous, unnamed viewer allowed me to do this.

N/A, not really needed, ideally it'd just be a setting in the graphics menu for a choice between window, fullscreen & Borderless fullscreen.
