Updated the translations of the following files according to the update of the English version:

- ja/floater_tools.xml
- ja/floater_top_objects.xml
- ja/menu_attachment_self.xml
- ja/menu_viewer.xml
- ja/panel_script_experience.xml
- ja/panel_settings_sky_atmos.xml
- ja/sidepanel_task_info.xml
- ja/strings.xml

The following files that are not related to translation are excluded:

- ja/fonts.xml　（Not needed for Alchemy :)
- ja/floater_fbc_web.xml
- ja/floater_script_debug_panel.xml

Other conflicting files were merged manually.
