Enable snapshots for 4K, 8K and then some.

"Max Size" has only been tested on a 16:9 monitor and may not work with ultrawide or surround setups.a

Warning: Max buffer size has been raised to nearly 1.1GB.
How did we get there?
It had to be raised until the snapshot creation stopped failing.
I have concerns about this part of the code, review and testing is strongly encouraged.
