Until we can propagate the corresponding buildscripts changes, we must
explicitly put AUTOBUILD in proper form. For now, assume that AUTOBUILD has
not yet been normalized.

Ensure that AUTOBUILD is always in native path syntax on every platform.
Remove local build.sh logic to infer AUTOBUILD: either the generic build.sh
has set it properly, or scream for help.
Since cygwin bash scripts need a cygwin-syntax path to autobuild, convert to a
local 'autobuild' variable using shell_path.
Remove kludges in other languages involving cygdrive twiddling.

changes for additional packages to be packaged from the same build. see BuildParams for example environment variables used to specify the packages and their channels and sourceids. also updated mac packages to use a larger virtual drive and auto-open on download

Updated llappearance-utility-source autobuild package to latest and changed debian changelog mangling to include codeticket number.

Use the codeticket number ($revision) instead of the nonexistent ${VERSION_VIEWER} to set a unique version in the debian changelogs and version strings.

Removing build.sh darwin symbols hack.  Adding '-g' to both CFLAGS and CXXFLAG to have cmake generation debug symbols in xcode.

Apparently the hack to get release and debug viewer builds into separate build configs means checking  in build.sh is useless. Fixed the conditional around uploading the symbolfile to check  instead, which seems to be the correct pattern.
