Ability to adjust CameraOffsetRearView and FocusOffsetRearView Z with ctrl scroll-wheel
Summary
Using Ctrl+Scroll and Ctrl+Shift+Scroll, increments/decrements CameraOffsetRearView and FocusOffsetRearView respectively.
How would you like the feature to work?
Whilst in rear view, with the cursor over the 3D space, the user can use Ctrl+Scroll and Ctrl+Shift+Scroll, which adjust CameraOffsetRearView Z and FocusOffsetRearView Z respectively.
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
Users have different preferences as to how they like to see the world, and often they like to adjust it on the fly, sometimes because they change outfit into a smaller avatar, or they want to feel like more of a part of their surroundings instead of a top down view etc.
Currently in Alchemy Viewer, this is a difficult task as the only real way to change this is to change debug settings which is not user-friendly.
I propose Ctrl+Scroll and Ctrl+Shift+Scroll as the shortcuts because these shortcuts are implemented in Firestorm, so it is already an established user habit for people coming over from this viewer, and I just think it is an intuitive way to adjust the camera when you're already zooming in and out.
