Update Japanese translations.

Fixed floater_about_land.xml missing translations. Add floater_inspect.xml translation and fixed wrong translation. Fixed panel_preferences_move.xml mouselook does not translated. Add panel_preferences_privacy.xml missing translations. Fixed panel_region_environment.xml translation does not applied.
