Add Linux wrapper tweak for hybrid gpu systems

Ideally, this should be done through the freedesktop specification (PrefersNonDefaultGPU), but the implementation is currently buggy, or ineffective at the moment on Plasma5 and Plasma6. This is a stopgap fix until we can rely on the frameworks currently in place.
