Cinematic mode improvements

Ghost User requested to merge xenhat/cinematic-mode into main

A few things I meant to fix and forgot until now:

  • Hide IM toasts when in cinematic mode
  • Hide hovertext immediately when the setting is toggled
  • Prevent "Stop Flying" and "Stand Up" buttons from appearing if action is started after cinematic mode was enabled

TODO:

  • Add UI for the IM toasts hiding preference
