New GLTF protocol and lighting changes

SL-20177: Blind attempt at fixing crash in SetWindowLongPtr. Guess based on the fact that crashes started around the time VRAM accounting was added.

SL-20229 Fix for mac build (and don't spam log on viewers that don't know about a particular GenericStreamingMessage method)
