Storing the slots for the registered signal listeners.  Before, this was creating the artifact of crashing the Viewer on the second close of the pathfinding console.

Updating the pathfinding linksets service to reference the new navmesh category field.  Also, still supporting the old permanent/walkable field names until fully deprecated from all server builds.

Updating the freeze/unfreeze service with the new field names.  Also, still supporting the old field names until fully deprecated from all server builds.

BUGFIX Correcting a problem with the object selection code in the pathfinding characters and linksets floaters.  The code was not seeing the callback from the object update message of the selection manager.

PATH-199: More cleanup of object flags and syncing with definitions from the server-side using left-shifted bits instead 0x explicits for better human readability.
