changes made to 00c47d07.

This adds Transparent texture button, and UUID input box.

Server sided limitation, web page allows more than server sends to viewer. This is a workaround untill server sided restriction gets lifted.

Remapped debugging avatar textures (requires godlike agent) to Ctrl+Shift+Alt+K

This feature aims at emulating the "Hide all UI" shortcut, without the
downside of preventing interaction with the world and still allowing
floaters to be shown on demand.
