This feature aims at emulating the "Hide all UI" shortcut, without the
downside of preventing interaction with the world and still allowing
floaters to be shown on demand.

This reverts commit c62e4dce but keeps the freeze fix.

2. Work around freeze during local sim teleport
This is NOT the correct fix, but the current code is blocking rendering
while the delay is in function which I find unacceptable.

This reverts commit 0f948988.

Enable/disable additions for @buy/pay restrictions + show a blocked notification whenever the floater would have opened to inform the user
