Remove right click menu, edit round-robin check

When editing an object, please skip that round-robin check for whether object can be edited.

How would you like the feature to work?

Right click an object, and edit is immediately available, rather than greyed out until round-robin edit check is completed.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?Required

it is infuriating when sims are being slow or poor network connectivity to just sit there at the right click dialog.
