Chat box and friends list
Summary
(make Friends/Groups lists available in the chat box and default Local chat to the top always)
Why is this improvement important to you? How would it benefit the community?
(I like to see my friends list so I can tell who is online while chatting, makes it easier and local chat moving through the list is confusing. I prefer the Local tab to just be stuck at the top and then let private IM move as needed with dragging.)
