Reject Friendship Offers + Auto Response

As a resident, I would like the ability to track reject friendship offers with a reject auto response.

Acceptance Criteria

• AC 1. - When Communicate > Reject All Friendship Offers is checked, reject the offer and send a predefined instant message
• AC 2. - When Communicate > Reject All Friendship Offers is not checked, display the friendship request

Conditions

• When menu is checked, reject the offer and send a predefined instant message
• When menu is not check, display the friendship request
