Reject Teleport Offers + Auto Response
As a resident, I would like the ability to reject teleport offers with a reject auto response.
Acceptance Criteria
AC 1. - When Communicate > Reject Teleport Offers is checked, reject the offer and send a predefined instant message
AC 2. - When Communicate > Reject TeleportOffers is not checked, display the teleport offer
Conditions
When menu is checked, reject the offer and send a predefined instant message
When menu is not check, display the friendship request
