Remove Matrix3/4 funcs using LLQuat 4-float init incorrectly
(they are redundant to angle/axis versions anyway).

Fix up tests referring to removed funcs above.

Modify importer to (optionally) improve debug output, perform name-based LOD association, and handle models with many materials.

First stab at making model importer act more like scene importer.  Upload button still doesn't work.

DEV-41080 - wriggle some method implementations out into header implementations, just enough so that llbboxlocal can be a unit test rather than an integration test.  Slightly dubious about whether it's worth it.
