consolidated most indra-specific constants in llcommon under indra_constants.h
fixed issues with operations on mixed unit types (implicit and explicit)
made LL_INFOS() style macros variadic in order to subsume other logging methods
such as ll_infos
added optional tag output to error recorders

SH-3959 WIP - pass information about type of fetched image - server bake, host bake, map tile, etc - down the chain so LLTextureFetchWorker can adjust behavior as needed

changed ordering of template loading relative to constructor setting of params
moved a lot of constructor-set params to template files

STORM-834 FIXED Color picker remains opened after 'Undo changes' button was pressed on 'Edit weareble' panel

- Close color picker after color swatch's value updated

This height was uncustomizable even by explicitly changing height of textbox in xml (i.e. writing caption_text.height = "value"), because it anyway received hardcoded value in LLColorSwatchCtrl's constructor.

- Added new label_height optional attribute to color swatch and used it in code.

P.S. Removing unused space in all color swatches in viewer should be done in some separate issue.

Fix description:
    Check getParentFloater result.
Note:
    ColorsWatch have no parent Floater in EditWearable side-panel.

Enforcing out-of-order destruction in llfloatercustomize to avoid this crash.

Made progress by writing code to match the style we use for the texture picker.
It now should not make a difference if you destroy the color picker floater or
the color swatch control first - either direction it should do sufficient cleanup
and protection. However, still getting this crash. Will investigate further later.

Merge inspectors UI project, gooey-4, into viewer-2 trunk.  Added new tooltips to 3D avatars, 2D avatar names, and 3D objects.  Refactors tooltips and text boxes, line editors, and text editors.  Breaks LLExpandableTextBox, but a fix is coming.
