Add Unicode input support for CEF media plugin on Linux. Grab keyboard focus when clicking on a media control and allow language text input when focused.

Don't mess with the modifier bits in LLWindowSDL::getNativeKeyData().

Use nativeKeyboardEventSDL2 instead of nativeKeyboardEvent on Linux.

This reverts commit 07456abe, reversing
changes made to 8a33636e.

Pull in new version of Dullahan with support for setting the host process path, tweak viewer manifest so it copies the SwiftShader folder (required but may be a Chromium bug) and improve background color matching

requestExit() doesn't close CEF, command sets CEF into closing state which will be processed on update()

by tweaking #include order.
