consolidated most indra-specific constants in llcommon under indra_constants.h
fixed issues with operations on mixed unit types (implicit and explicit)
made LL_INFOS() style macros variadic in order to subsume other logging methods
such as ll_infos
added optional tag output to error recorders

CHUI-580 : Fixed : Clean up the use of display name. Allow the use of the legacy protocol in settings.xml

CHUI-580 : WIP : Change the display name cache system, deprecating the old protocol and using the cap (People API) whenever available. Still has occurence of Resident as last name to clean up.

* Fixed LLAvatarName::getLegacyName() to work when display names are disabled
  (it used to return ' ', i.e. empty first and last name separated with a space).
* Added some debugging messages.

* Clean up changes based upon feedback from reviewers.
* Improve comment based upon feedback from reviewers.

Product made a late-breaking request to change the name of this
field.  The wire protocol for People API has not yet changed.
